KAAIHUE -VS- LAND STEALERS
Quick Update: NECA and their attorneys lost their Motions for an $85,000 Summary Judgement against us. Their fines and frivolous claims are simply malicious and we can prove it.
Judge Castengatti DENIED all of their 4 motions!! As we are undergoing a substitution of counsel and taking on a more offensive approach now, our new attorney is Terrance Revere, "one of the best attorneys in town!", winning the most recent lawsuit of 27 million against a Japanese Based developer for lieing about building a Marina in Ewa Beach. He's our attorney now!! And I want to teach these people a lesson, a lesson that will never be forgotten, a lesson because ALL OF HAWAII will be watching!!
The Judge DENIED NECA's $85K because that was just all a bunch of crap!! Now as the story continues to unfold, we will expose the real truths about a Community Association who was out to conspire, extort, and the malice of it all, Hawaii's Governor and Senator live in that Community Association. Follow and we will uncover the real truth's about these people, their beliefs, their culture, and their intentions. I enjoy modeling, and hope that I will inspire other young people to take leadership roles in Hawaii.
I would be the 2nd Woman Mayor, the 2nd, youngest Mayor, if I am voted Mayor.
